Villa Olive Grove

Located in the North, close to the charming port of Agios Nikolaos. Villa Olive Grove is a collection of small artisanal dwellings recently converted into separate, en suite cottages. Combining the raw beauty of Greece with the luxury of a five star private residence, staying at the villa is a little like having your own private boutique hotel.

Villa Olive Grove will comfortably sleep fifteen people in seven en-suite bedrooms, set out over 4 lovely little annex buildings. The bathrooms are all decorated in polished concrete; furnished with bales of towels from the White Company and cotton dressing gowns. The bedrooms are all slightly different but are furnished with rugs from Kashmir and Indian bedspreads. Each room is lovingly named after family members, adding real character to this wonderful villa.

The houses sit in a secluded 5 acre estate surrounded by olive groves and gracefully situated on a hill overlooking the Ionian sea and Kefalonia. The interiors are sympathetic to its ancient heritage, decorated in clean and classic whites and blues, hand carved basins cut from the local limestone, good quality bathroom fittings, local olive oil soaps and bath products.

This is easy summer living and if you don't want to, you needn't life a finger, cooks and spa treatments are available on request. Here you have total privacy and total relaxation. Lie by the pool, swim in the sea, watch the boats coming into the port or simply enjoy reading a book under the shade of an olive tree. Children are very welcome - indeed they love the windy paths between the houses. There is a large infinity pool but also a small, shallow splash pool.
