Occupying a peaceful hilltop position, this six-bedroom property boasts sweeping sea views and a fabulous infinity pool. It's a short walk from Kassiopi, and only a 400m stroll down to the beach, overlooking the sea and with views across to the Albanian coast. With lots of space, both inside and out, its ideal for large families or groups.
The bedrooms are split across the three floors. The master suite has the first floor to itself, comprising a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, with double vanity sinks and a private balcony with spectacular views. There are two bedrooms in the basement, as well as a TV room with gym equipment. A large, airy living and dining space with vaulted ceilings occupies the ground floor with views and large doors to the terrace. The house is fitted with a Control 4 system for temperature, lighting, shutters, Sonos and underfloor heating and cooling.
Please note that two of the bedrooms are located in the lower ground floor and have limited natural light.
There are several different shaded terrace areas to the front of the house with bean bag chairs, wicker sofas and chairs and occasional tables. On the pool terrace an awning shades a long stone dining table for 12 and wooden loungers surround the 15m infinity pool. There are spacious lawns and planting of olives, palms, oleanders, and colourful flowers.
Nearby Kassiopi, a short walk away, has bars, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarkets and teenage-friendly nightlife. From the harbour, you can rent a self-drive or skippered boat to explore the northeast coast or some of the smaller surrounding Ionian islands. You can swim from Soukia beach, which is a short stroll away. The beautiful beaches of Avlaki (pebbles) and Kalamaki (sand) are both within easy driving distance. A variety of watersports, golf and horse-riding can also be found on the island.
