From its elevated location in the hills above Nissaki, views are extensive, encompassing the eastern coastline and across the sea to the Greek mainland. It's just a short drive to the village of upper Nissaki, which has shops and tavernas.
In the main house, there are four bedrooms, across three floors, the master with a private balcony, and two bedrooms in the small house. The main house has a large TV room in the basement (with extra beds) and a open-plan living area on the ground floor. Both houses have modern kitchens, comfortable living rooms, and their own terraces.
On the lower terrace, a curved infinity pool looks out to sea. There are pool speakers and lots of sun loungers. Opening from the living area is a long balconied terrace with further dining table and benches, sofas and comfy chairs.
Its views stretch over the southern tip of the island and across to the Greek mainland. In the charming village of Nissaki, a short drive away down a winding road, there are shops and tavernas. You can drive down to Nissaki beach and the harbour in about 10 minutes with further tavernas, shops and boat hire. It's possible to walk down, but it's a steep road, so a car may be preferable and definitely quicker. You will also find the excellent local supermarket, Aphrodite, and one of the best wood workshops on the island. The harbour village of St Stephano is less than half an hour's drive, and for a beach day, Barbati Beach has the best beach clubs in the North-East of Corfu.
