A stone path leads the short distance down to a small beach and shared jetty. Guests also have access to the estate’s tennis court. The villa’s elevated position commands far-reaching views of the Ionian Sea and the mainland beyond. The estate’s excellent management team, including concierge service, will ensure you are well looked after.
Bedroom five is accessed via the TV room corridor and has two sets of regular single-size bunk beds, ideal for teenagers who want their own space. The TV room has a smart TV, a large sofa, and beanbags. A spacious sitting room, dining table for up to 14, and a large balcony with seating are on the first floor. There is an air-conditioned, fully equipped gym and a separate massage/treatment room.
On the top terrace, there are awnings and pergolas for shade, seating and dining for up to 40 people, and a 17-metre infinity pool a few steps in front of the main house. A guest loo and shower are situated on the pool terrace. There is also outdoor table tennis and badminton.
The house is equipped with snorkelling gear, and water sports can be arranged for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Golf lovers will find a course located 38 km away. Along the coastline, there are many beaches and small villages to explore, each with its own beachside tavernas. The closest beach is Avlaki, just a 5-minute walk from the estate, home to two tavernas, including the popular Cavo Barbaro. Other picturesque waterfront stops such as Nissaki, Kassiopi, and Agni are worth visiting. For a change of pace, you can travel into the mountains to Old Perithia, a 14th-century Venetian-style village where you can enjoy fresh mountain air, spectacular views, and traditional taverna dining.
