The villa has the benefit of direct sea access, from a wooden decked bathing platform built onto the rocks. The house is set in an enviable position, on the hillside overlooking the sea, and is close to Agni with its popular waterfront tavernas and small pebble beach.
The lower ground floor forms a studio with a kitchen, dining and sitting area as well as a bedroom. The garden annexe has its own external access. There’s a large well-equipped gym, steam room and media room.
The Guest House is on request at extra cost.
There are plenty of places to relax, including the shaded veranda, with hanging rattan egg chairs, comfy sofas, and an al fresco dining table, the teak pool terrace with sunbeds, the stepped infinity pool with a Jacuzzi and dramatic views, or some of the smaller secluded side terraces. Steps down to the sea lead to a bathing platform.
You can also hire a boat from here to explore the picturesque northeast coast. You are very close to St Arsenios stone chapel, built on the rocks at the sea's edge and dating back to before 1650. This area inspired the writing of Lawrence Durrell, who lived nearby with his wife. For watersports and restaurants, head to nearby Kalami. Kassiopi and St Stephano are approximately a 20-minute drive away.
