Sa Punta De S’Aguila, meaning ‘Eagle’s Point’, is a luxury fully catered villa perched high above the western coastline of Mallorca, with spectacular sea and mountain views. This family-friendly villa is a short drive away from the village of Banyalbufar in an unspoilt part of the island known as ‘authentic Mallorca’. The five-bedroom villa can sleep up to 12 guests and is fully catered, with an outdoor swimming pool and nearby tennis court.

Arriving at Palma Airport, the villa is 40 minutes by car. It’s located in a private estate within the Serra de Tramuntana, Mallorca’s famous mountain range. Sa Punta De S’Aguila is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful landscape with plentiful paths for hiking and cycling, and a pebble beach a 50-minute walk away. About halfway between Palma and the villa is the pretty village of Esporles, which has lovely local shops and a market held every Saturday. The estate is a few kilometres from the historic village of Banyalbufar, known for its terraced hillsides, originally developed by the Moors and added to by successive generations. It’s a great place to visit for dinner and to watch the sun setting into the Balearic Sea.

The property has excellent facilities to keep all the family entertained. In the garden there’s a 15m heated private swimming pool, with sunbeds and parasols on the surrounding terrace. There’s also table tennis and games, a TV and Wi-Fi. Sa Punta De S’Aguila and the two other villas on the estate share a tennis court (with rackets and balls provided), which is a 10-minute drive. This comfortable holiday home contains traditional Mallorcan features such as exposed oak beams and terracotta-tiled floors. The five bedrooms are spread over three floors, each with its own en suite, a sofa bed in rooms 2 & 5 allows for two extra guests if need be. The villa benefits from several terraces including a covered al fresco dining area and relaxing outdoor lounge with sweeping sea views.

The team will chat to you before your stay to ensure all food and drink – including wine, beer and spirits – are in stock for you and your guests.
