It’s well worth the half-hour drive north to the mountains and its Natural Regional Park; take one of the nature trails up and you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views. Those preferring a more gastronomic adventure will find plenty of opportunities to sample local delicacies in the pretty villages of Maussane-les-Alpilles and Les Baux-de-Provence, a 10 and 20-minute drive, respectively.
