This villa can either be rented individually or in conjunction with the other villas. The villa Elkhozama cannot be seen from the other villas.

You are 12 kilometres from Menara international airport, a short journey which will leave you ready to start enjoying this two bedroom cottage straightaway.

The decor combines the best of two worlds - a local award-winning architect created the structure and the best of British designers gave the interiors and lighting their classic and tasteful style.

The personal attention of a very expert staff numbering 17, all of whom have many years’ experience of the estate, makes a stay at the Villa Elkhozama very intereactive and adds another dimension to the sense of place here. Your private chef makes locally sourced and authentic cuisine, typical of the area or can cook European alternatives from your breakfast to your evening meal. A specially delicious menu for children has also been created.

The sweeping gardens with their ancient olive, orange and date trees and flowers perfuming the air, make your stroll around the estate a pleasure. The enjoyment of your day can be further boosted by the additional services - two full-time beauty therapists offer unlimited treatments during your stay for men and for women; these can be taken in your room, in the hammam or treatment room shared with Villa Ezztounya or by the swimming pool. Whether you wish to have a massage, a treatment, a yoga session, or a pilates instruction - you have only to ask Maria, the villa manager.

There are two double bedrooms, both of which are ensuite and both have underfloor heating and air conditioning - the master bedroom looks out onto the large 12 metre swimming pool with comfortable Indian sun loungers. The second bedroom is also well appointed with doors opening out onto a terrace with a water feature. A large screening room ensures that you can catch up on some new movies or watch old favourites.

Staying at either of these two bedrooms in the Villa Elkhozama, is an experience that you would want to savour but, should you wish to explore beyond the estate walls, you will find that this Moroccan oasis is only 15 minutes away from the vibrant streets of the centre of Marrakesh. The villa chauffeur will take you on a 3-4 hour guided tour of the souks and the Medina on a day of your choice. The traditional Medina contrasts with the many attractions of an influx of branded hotels, shops and bars, to make a visit to this city, one of the most authentic experiences, as well as newly luxurious.

This villa is a rare jewel, as smaller properties cannot often be found in the Palmeraie.
