Villa Yasemia is a 45-minute drive from Corfu airport, situated on a gentle slope with magnificent 360-degree views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding green hills. The buzzing harbour town of Kassiopi is just a 20 minute walk up the coast, brimming with restaurants, bars and boutiques. Or head south to nearby Avlaki, where you’ll find a beautiful Blue Flag beach. This peaceful bay is surrounded by olive groves, and is an ideal spot to spend the day with all the family. There’s boat hire and two tavernas for relaxed lunches. There are plenty of beaches to discover along this stretch of the Corfu coastline, or you can simply stroll from the villa to the small, secluded beach which is just 160m along a private path.

This property has recently been refurbished in soothing, neutral tones with delightful, artistic touches. On entering the villa, you’ll find a grand living room with an open fireplace, a large dining room and a modern kitchen. On the first floor there is a fully equipped gym with superb mountain views, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the lower ground floor there are three further bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and garden access, and a large playroom. The property also includes a studio with its own entrance, kitchen and ensuite. Outside there is a heated, L-shaped pool with sunbeds and covered day beds. There are various outdoor areas for relaxing on lounge-style seating or in a hammock, plus a play area for children with swings, a trampoline and a table tennis table. There are also several dining terraces, including a large, covered terrace with a barbeque, fridges and a long table seating up to 20 guests.

This is an ideal property for entertaining, and a cook and extra staff are included for July and August and can be hired on request during other months. A maid service is included all year, with daily cleaning, and towels and bed linen changed twice weekly. The villa is kitted out with all modern facilities for your comfort, including air conditioning, WiFi and underfloor heating.
