It's a traditional stone-built villa in a wonderfully peaceful location with terrific views over the Vall de Campanet, multiple terraces, green lawns, and a heavenly swimming pool. It's a great location to enjoy the best of both worlds. It is so secluded and serene yet within easy driving distance of Pollensa's old town, Port de Pollensa, and the family-friendly beaches of Alcudia.
Five bedrooms are en-suite; the other is a children's twin-bedded room, sharing a bathroom with one of the king size bedrooms. In the vast master room, there's a contemporary sofa in front of a carved stone fireplace and a balcony with seating. Four bedrooms are on the first floor and two on the lower ground floor. Large dining and living rooms are on the ground floor. Children are very welcome - there's a TV and games room in the house, a cottage in the garden filled with toys and games, and table tennis.
A stone staircase leads down to the 12m swimming pool, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, and a day bed on the surrounding terrace. Adjacent is a large lawn, perfect for children's games. Further gardens with lawns and lavender and cypress trees are laid out at the rear of the house. Here, you can eat under the shade of an ancient olive tree while enjoying the peaceful setting.
