You can travel to Athena House from the airport by boat or car. It’s 50 minutes from Corfu International, which you can fly to directly from the UK in season and via Athens out of season. The villa is a 10 to 15-minute walk away from the bars and restaurants in the lovely harbour town of Kassiopi. For those wanting games, the villa has pool table, table football, table tennis table and darts board in the courtyard . Boat hire is highly recommended and can be arranged through the concierge. This allows you to explore the waterside tavernas and hidden away coves of Corfu and moor at the jetty, shared with the other villa on the estate.

If you would rather stay in, the estate has something to suit everyone’s needs. You can play a game of boules on the court, relax in the sitting room, light the barbeque, enjoy a drink on the wrap around terrace and suntan or swim in your own private infinity pool. The house has 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Each has air-conditioning, vanity tables, mosquito screens and nets, as well as soft Egyptian cotton linen, Ortigia products, white waffle dressing gowns and your choice of feather and down or anti-allergen pillows. The thoughtful design extends into the house – making use of a cool and sophisticated neutral palette in the living room, dining room, kitchen and wine fridge.
