Surrounded by greenery, the villa looks out across the Corfu Channel to distant Albania and has direct access to the quiet beach and shared jetty below. The walk to Kassiopi and Kogevina Beach is through small back roads, so it’s really easy to get to a great choice of restaurants and amenities.
Everything is very light and bright, and several downstairs rooms have doors opening onto the terrace. With generous-sized bedrooms (split across three floors), a large, high-ceilinged, open-plan living/dining room, and a simple, uncluttered feel, the villa makes a great venue for large families or group get-togethers.
There’s also a separate shaded area with a gas barbecue and dining table and a further long dining table at the edge of the large pool terrace. The 11m pool is surrounded by a large stone terrace, providing plenty of space for comfortable cushioned loungers. Set away to the side of the terrace, there’s table tennis and sofas on which to sit and chill. The surrounding grounds are planted with clipped shrubs, tall pines and ancient olives, providing a soothing injection of green and screening for privacy.
As well as the little beach on your doorstep there are several beaches within easy reach. These include Kogevina, Avlaki and the sandy beach at Kalamaki. The popular harbour village of San Stefanos is only a 10-15 minute drive away down a coastal road. Many of the islands best tavernas and restaurants can be reached by boat as well as Corfu Old Town.
