Villa Rosmarina

Villa Rosmarina is an elegant home in the countryside of Antiparos. Modern, bright, and perfectly located, this airy house stands out for its high-quality amenities and minimalist architectural lines. Natural materials are used throughout, creating a soft aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the peaceful, rural surroundings.

Each room has been tastefully laid out, boasting serene views of the rolling countryside. There is ample space for up to ten guests in four beautifully imagined bedrooms, one of which has its own sitting room with a fold-out sofa bed. Each room is decorated with a piece of local artwork, breathing colour into an otherwise neutral space. The bedrooms are all ensuite and equipped with a television, air conditioning, and a silent ceiling fan. There is a large, open-plan living and dining area with a variety of seating choices and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in sunshine.

Eat breakfast under the shady, poolside pergola and dinner in the twinkling veranda. The outdoor space at Villa Rosmarina is vast, including two separate dining areas and a long stretch of inviting sun loungers. There is also an al fresco lounge where you can dry off under the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, sipping on an ice-cold drink and enjoying games of cards between dips in the turquoise pool.

Located in the centre of the island, Rosmarina offers easy access in all directions. The closest beach on the eastern coast, Glyfa, is just 900m away, with crystal-clear waters and rugged, rocky hills all around. This is a wonderfully peaceful spot, served by one traditional taverna that has its own organic vegetable garden. The busier port town of Antiparos is 4.5km away, just 10 minutes by car, offering a selection of eateries, a small marketplace, and a regular ferry service in the summer months to the nearby island of Paros.
