Villa Nefeli

A spacious, contemporary property, built of local stone, Villa Nefeli sits amongst low-lying hills with views out across the plains to the sea beyond. Being small nothing is too far away on Anti-Paros; there’s a beautiful sandy beach just a few minutes away by car and both the port, and pretty Anti-Paros town, are within a very short driving distance.

The villa has six, ensuite ground-floor rooms, each with an individual entrance and large sliding doors opening onto its own terrace. Two of the rooms are slightly larger suites. The open-plan living and dining room is decorated with modern art and has some Eames-style chairs, comfortable sofas and doors opening to the extensive terrace giving an indoor/outdoor feel to the whole room.

Adjoining the house the terrace is covered, providing shade for a long al fresco dining table and a relaxing area with wooden framed sofas and armchairs. Beyond the canopied area is a rectangular marble swimming pool, plenty of very comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor bar area. A further sunken terrace, with long banquettes, is a space to gather and chill. There’s also an outside cinema to enjoy on long warm evenings, a barbecue and yoga and pilates equipment.
