Villa Mardiva is a beautiful, 2-storey villa incorporating natural stone and wood.

Designed to complement the island's vernacular style, it stands within 14 acres in a peaceful spot east of Paros. It offers uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Molos and the island of Naxos. One of the island's best sandy beaches is very close by. The wonderfully picturesque fishing village of Naoussa, with a great choice of restaurants and cafes, is about a 20-minute drive to the north.

INTERIOR

The rustic-chic interiors feature lots of natural materials, a calming colour palette, comfortable furniture and carefully chosen decorative pieces, creating a laid-back, welcoming ambience.

A spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor has plentiful seating and large sliding doors opening to the terrace with great views. The two master ensuite bedrooms on this floor also have direct access to the pool terrace. A further king-size ensuite is on the lower floor, together with a gym equipped with both cardio and weight machines. Two double ensuite rooms are in one independent guest annexe, also opening to the pool area. A second, new guest annexe features a large bedroom, coffee bar, en suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and veranda with views of the pool.

On the ground-level terrace, there's a capacious shaded dining area, with seating for 12, a barbecue and bar, and a separate lounge area opening out to the curving swimming pool with beach-style edging.

Rattan sun beds and super comfortable loungers invite you to lie back and enjoy this space's views and tranquillity. On the upper-level terrace, there's a further sizeable lounge area and a huge jacuzzi with panoramic views, as well as a yoga and meditation area. Manos, the gardener, will help you collect fresh vegetables and herbs from the gardens to enjoy with delicious olive oil made from the estate's trees—a real taste of farm-to-fork.

Villa Mardiva is perfectly positioned near the coastal village of Molos, on the eastern side of Paros.

Just a 10-minute walk from the villa leads to a long, sandy beach with clear, shallow waters, perfect for swimming and ideal for families. Despite its beauty, the beach remains uncrowded, offering ample space for relaxation. Naoussa, a lively village with a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés, is only a 20-minute drive away. Several other beaches with traditional tavernas are less than 3 km from the villa.

Villa Fos in Corfu where we stayed is luxurious, stunning views, beautifully furnished, modern decor, clean, comfortable and relaxing. What a lovely touch to receive a luxury food box on arrival, complements of the owners. Our house manager Dimitris continued the outstanding customer service, checking in on us periodically, providing helpful advice and guidance, booking taxis and restaurants. We were well looked after. Last, but by no means least a big thank you to our chefs Nicos and Maria - every day we were served the most delicious and creatively presented food. No easy feat our party had various food preferences and allergies and they took this all in their stride and without fuss.
