Villa George

Two beaches are within walking distance of elegant Villa George. The charming, neo-classical style house lies between Avlaki and Kogevina beaches and is a short drive from both Kassiopi and San Stefanos. It stands within delightful enclosed gardens with large terraces, a wonderful infinity pool and superb sea views.

Interiors are dressed with a mix of classic and modern style furniture and objets d’art. On the ground floor, there’s a large, central entrance hall, spacious sitting room and modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar and doors leading to an al fresco dining terrace. Bedrooms on this floor have French doors giving access to the terrace. The master suite on the upper floor has a private balcony with wicker chairs positioned to take in the far-reaching views. On the lower ground floor, there’s a further en suite bedroom and a media room with TV and a home gym. Further, guests can be accommodated in a sixth bedroom in a separate annexe.

The outside spaces are tranquil and stylish. The classic Mediterranean gardens feature mature trees, drifts of lavender, aromatic plants and topiary shrubs. Just outside the house is a covered dining terrace, with sweeping arches framing the views, a dining table and chairs for eight and a built-in barbecue. At the far end of the garden lies the infinity pool, with plenty of surrounding space for sun loungers and parasols and a pergola-shaded outdoor lounge set back on the terrace. Further seating areas are nestled amongst the planting, so there’s plenty of opportunity to find a peaceful spot in which to relax.
