A modern villa on the south coast of Antiparos, with views across the bay to the uninhabited island of Despotiko and the temple of Apollo. It’s a great property for large groups of friends or families, in a tranquil spot near three golden sandy beaches, and within walking distance of a couple of tavernas. The island is known for its laid-back vibe, crystal clear waters and distinctive natural beauty.
Split into two twin units, the villa’s facades are lined with warm natural stone, whilst the minimalist whitewashed interiors feature contemporary furniture and art by Greek artists. Each unit has five bedrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan dining/living area with comfortable seating, doors to the covered terrace and great views of the bay.
A sleek infinity pool is set into the centre of the terrace between the two shaded verandas, each with lounging and dining areas. There are comfortable sun beds and a pool shower. Terraced patios are planted with an array of colourful indigenous plants and cacti. You could easily spend ages here just gazing across the plains at the sparkling waters of the Aegean.
