A small former fishing village, today, is Corfu’s main marina and welcomes an array of yachts from across Europe. Beach activities include paragliding, diving and most water sports. For those who love action, you can also go horse riding and explore the lush hills, olive groves and citrus plantations that surround Gouvia.

This impressive property epitomises modern luxury. Minimal architecture and an open-plan living space, bring a sense of light and freshness throughout the villa. There are four sophisticated bedrooms spread across two floors. Three en suite rooms on the first floor; the Master bedroom with a king size bed, and two bedrooms with a king bed, and on the ground floor there is a double en suite bedroom. For your benefit there is an auxiliary room in the basement, with two extra beds, shower room and separate washing and drying machines.

There is an open plan sitting room and a large, modern kitchen on the ground floor. With a fireplace and wall to wall glass doors that look out onto the pool and sea. Outside, guests will enjoy soaking up the rays on sun loungers before plunging into the large uv sanitized infinity pool. The villa has been designed to make the most out of an outdoor experience, with extensive shading across the sun deck, a sofa, and a dining table. There is also an outdoor pool shower, and Jacuzzi, where you’ll be able to take in the breathtaking views.

The villa has been expertly designed to incorporate all luxury amenities, from VRV central cooling and heating system throughout the villa, wifi through the inside and out, flat screen televisions throughout all the rooms, to portable bluetooth speakers.
