Positioned on the very top of Monte Santa Croce, it commands 360-degree views over the estate and unspoilt Umbrian countryside. The estate itself extends over 18,000 acres and is a real haven in which to unwind. A few minutes away, there's a grocery store and, just a little further, the village of Pierantonio. Santa Croce is one of the most remarkable villas on the estate, impressive with its tasteful interior design and an expansive infinity pool that seems to float above the Murlo Valley.
The large living room has deep cushioned sofas, shelves of books, and a carved stone fireplace. An oval table for six, lit by a chandelier, stands in the adjoining dining room. Both rooms have large glass doors opening to the terrace. The fitted kitchen is well equipped, as is the next-door laundry room. Upstairs are two king-size rooms, each with spacious, en-suite modern bathrooms and a further en-suite room with a double four-poster bed. Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are throughout.

Further along are comfortable armchairs and sofas. A separate eating space is set up on the kitchen terrace to enjoy breakfast outside, and a barbecue area has seating for six. Set within the lawns is a 13-meter infinity pool around which are sunbeds, parasols, tables, and a very inviting teak hammock.
Florence and Rome are within a two-hour drive, while Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, and Orvieto are even closer. Perugia, just 20 minutes away, offers rich cultural activities, including the renowned Umbria Jazz and Eurochocolate festivals. Nearby hilltop towns like Cortona and Preggio, with their classical music festivals, and the Montone Film Festival, add to the region’s vibrant appeal.
