Three bedrooms are on the main floor, all with huge windows and access to the terrace. A further en suite bedroom is on the lower floor. The capacious open-plan living area has a TV end with big floor cushions, a separate sitting area with comfortable sofas, a dining space and a fitted kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows maximise the views and give a feeling of connecting with the landscape.
Bedrooms 1-3 do not have toilets, just showers & basins, there are separate WCs located on the ground & lower ground floor.
Bedroom 4 is on the lower ground floor, and it has an en suite bathroom with a toilet.
There's also a well-placed hammock in the sun. A staircase leads down to a lower terrace just below the villa with a 20-metre infinity pool, sun beds, umbrellas, and a further seating area. Down at the bay, the clear waters are great for diving, snorkelling, and swimming.
Just 45 kilometres from Kalamata Airport and with direct access to the renowned Bay Course at Costa Navarino Golf, the villa also sits a short drive from the charming seaside town of Pylos. History lovers can visit the 13th-century BC Palace of Nestor and the 16th-century Ottoman fortress of Neokastro. At the same time, nature enthusiasts will be captivated by Voidokilia Beach’s unspoiled beauty and the Gialova Lagoon’s vibrant birdlife, where pink flamingos and even African chameleons make appearances.
