You can easily walk to two tavernas and stroll down to the beach across the bay. There’s a boat mooring below the house; hire a boat and set off to explore the coastline and beaches of Antipaxos.

With multi-level terraces, sun sails, balconies, and verandas, there are many places to relax in sun or shade. Deeply cushioned, wicker lounge furniture sits on an upper terrace; there are multiple dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, a pizza oven. There’s also table tennis on the lower terrace, and paddleboards are provided for getting out and about.

The ancient Basilican-style Church of Agia Marina ruins are just below the house. Theo’s Tavern and Carnayo Gold Cafe bar are on the opposite side of the bay - about a 10-minute walk. There’s also a small sandy beach here. There are no shops, but Gaios, the capital of Paxos, is only 3km away and has supermarkets, tavernas, bars, cafes, a bakery, a butcher, a petrol station and many little gift shops. Boat hire is available in Gaios, or you can collect it below the house. Take a trip to the amazing turquoise bays of Antipaxos and visit the famous Blue Caves on the west coast of Paxos.
