The views from the terrace and infinity pool are wonderfully far-reaching. The villa is quite central, a short drive from Parikia, so it is well-placed to explore the island.
On the ground floor, an open-plan living space consists of a kitchen, living and dining areas with exposed stone walls, Persian rugs, a dining table for six, comfortable seating, and French doors onto the terrace. Two of the ensuite bedrooms are also on this floor. The master suite is on the first floor and has a private roof terrace. All bedrooms have sea views and modern shower rooms.
At one end, you can enjoy a stone table that seats six guests, screened by mature trees. There are plentiful cushioned steamer chairs, sun loungers, outdoor sofas to relax in, and an 11m swimming pool. At the far end of the terrace, you will find gazebo shades, cushioned banquettes and a nice spot to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset over the sea.
While not a major tourist hub, this area provides a tranquil base with easy access to Parikia's historic sites, vibrant dining options, and nearby beaches. Livadia, Krios, and Marcello beaches are all within close reach, offering a variety of spots for swimming and sunbathing. The villa’s setting offers the best of both worlds—quiet relaxation while being perfectly placed to explore the charms of Paros.
