The interiors feel light, contemporary, and cool, combining original materials such as wooden beams, terracotta floor tiles, and exposed stone with fresh whitewashed walls and contemporary furniture in natural or white-painted wood.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the family bathroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans installed. The house remains cool and does not need air conditioning.
There's a unique swimming pool converted from a large stone water tank, a wonderful dining area beneath the shade of a pergola, large lawns where children can play, plenty of seating both in the sun or beneath large parasols, fruit and olive trees and delightful planting.
The nearest beach, Son Bou, with its turquoise shallow waters, is a very short drive away. It is one of many beautiful beaches on the island. The famous Hauser Wirth art gallery is set on Illa del Rey, a little island within Mahon harbour. While in Mahon, you could shop for traditional products such as Menorcan cheese and leather goods.
