The riad-style villa is a sumptuous modern property on a vast private estate in the exclusive Palmeraie area of Marrakech, just 15 minutes from the Medina. There are two other houses on the estate, all secluded from each other, but they can be rented independently or together.

There’s an open-plan sitting and dining room with a domed ceiling, an eye-catching central giant bauble light, and three large bedrooms, each with private terraces, large daybeds, and open fires. Two of these also have private plunge pools. There’s also a movie screening area.
Deeply cushioned sun loungers, complete with sun hats and parasols, are set out around the pool. A large sunken Berber tent with lots of comfy seating is a great place to retreat from the sun or enjoy evening drinks. Lantern-lit dining can also be set out on the lawn for a particularly atmospheric evening against the backdrop of palm trees. There’s also a spa, with an extensive list of treatments, shared with one other villa.
The estate features ancient olive and date palm trees, along with aromatic orange and pomegranate trees, offering a picturesque setting for relaxation and celebration. Its convenient location means guests can easily venture into the bustling Medina, immersing themselves in the city's rich cultural tapestry while returning to the tranquillity of Villa Ezztounya.
