Although very modern in design, the villa blends into the natural habitat through the careful use of soft landscaping and planted green roofs. There's a path down to the sea with a jetty and boat mooring, or you can set off for a swim or paddle boarding.
The latter has its own kitchen and dining area, great for a couple who want their own space. The main house has a large open-plan living and dining area, with a dining table for 14 and a home cinema. Huge, sliding glass doors open to the terrace, maximising views and letting in lots of light.
Large metal awnings provide a shaded area for al fresco dining and another with comfortable deep chairs and sofas. Central to the main terrace is a 20m infinity pool with a shallow end and a Jacuzzi for eight. Further spots to lie and relax can be found along the path down to the sea.
Just a 15-minute drive from the villa, the bustling village of Vasiliki is a paradise for windsurfing enthusiasts, renowned as the best spot in the Ionian. Along with its windsurfing schools, the village offers a range of charming shops and waterfront restaurants, making it a perfect stop for both adventure and relaxation. In the opposite direction, also 15 minutes away, lies the picturesque village of Sivota, an authentic Greek gem known for its traditional tavernas, boutique shops, and opportunities to hire boats and explore the surrounding coves. For those looking to venture further, guests can be collected directly from the villa by boat to explore nearby islands such as Ithaca, Kefalonia, and Meganisi, each offering a mix of quaint coastal villages, peaceful beaches, and delightful dining options.
