There's a charming sitting room with doors to the terrace, a dining area, thr e en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, and a modern fitted kitchen. All is on one floor as the villa is one storey.
A large verandah provides shade for outdoor dining with sea views. There's a brick-built coal barbeque for al fresco cooking and vintage-style rattan garden furniture to sit and enjoy a slower pace of life. Out in the garden, steamer chairs can be placed in the sun or shade, and the sea is on your doorstep for cooling off.
There's a small jetty near the house and a taverna a few minutes walk away. It's within easy reach of all the best seafront tavernas in the area. You can also walk to two charming fishing villages; Kouloura is a 15-20 minute walk down a coastal path and has one taverna. San Stefano, a 20-25 minute walk, has a few tavernas, shops, bars (great for teenagers) and boat hire. By car, Avlaki beach is just 10 minutes away. It's a Blue Flag beach, great for windsurfing. For restaurants, bars and relaxed teenage-friendly nightlife, Kassiopi is a 10-minute drive.
