The villa comprises three separate cottages surrounded by colourful, scented gardens. An easy 15-minute walk via an olive grove leads to the tavernas and bars of Kassiopi or a 15-minute walk south takes you to Avlaki. The best way to explore the coastline however is by boat from the villas jetty.
The comfortable, airy interiors have a classic, coastal style, beautifully decorated predominantly in blues and whites with exposed, bleached wood ceilings. The larger house has a chic, white sitting/dining room with French doors opening to a dreamy shaded terrace and steps to the gardens. The second cottage also has a kitchen and living room area, whilst the third has a good-sized ensuite bedroom. All feel nicely screened, nestled within the well-established gardens.
The middle building, where bedroom 3 is located has pool views and its own separate kitchenette with a hob, oven, fridge & sink. This building also features an open living space adjacent to the kitchenette and that leads into the bedroom next door, making it an excellent option for families, with a space for cots or a camp bed. There's also a space for single camop bed in the annex.
There are loungers and parasols and pretty planting for privacy. The middle house also has a little terrace furnished with sun beds and a freestanding hammock. A sunbathing, dining and barbecue area next to the beach takes centre stage from dawn to dusk, with a striking backdrop of uninterrupted views across the sea. Paddle boards are provided to make the most of this fantastic seaside location.
It’s centred around a charming harbour and has a range of facilities, including traditional tavernas, seafood restaurants, cafes, bars, little boutique shops, bakeries and supermarkets. Boat hire and organised boat trips are available. You can get to Avlaki beach in 15 minutes on foot or about 3 minutes by car, with two tavernas to choose from. The pretty fishing village of San Stephano is a 10-minute drive away and has some nice waterfront tavernas, several bars, and a boat hire.
