A 15-minute drive from Corfu's historic old town, in a prime hilltop location, is an exclusive private estate, with sweeping views to Corfu and the Greek mainland.

Within the lush grounds sits the spacious Villa Ionica. The villa is well located in the centre of the island offering easy access to the west coast, the north east and the historic Corfu Old Town, with its Venetian fortresses and wealth of restaurants, bars and shops.

INTERIOR

The villa is built from traditional brick, much of which is left exposed, particularly as feature walls in the living and dining spaces giving a warm rustic ambience.

The furnishings throughout are contemporary, the bathrooms are modern and well-appointed and the four en suite bedrooms have comfortable beds made up with luxury white bedding. All bedrooms and the living area have doors opening onto the terraced grounds.

Outside, there are extensive patios interspersed with green lawns (good for smaller children to play), with lots of different places to sit, lounge, or dine al fresco.

Sun loungers, chairs and tables are positioned to make the most of the 180-degree sea views. The villa boasts a 22-metre infinity pool complete with a jacuzzi and in-water sun loungers at one end. This is a great property for families to enjoy.

Gouvia Marina is just down the hillside.

There’s mooring for a vast amount of boats, restaurants and bars and a children’s play area. From here, you can take trips around Corfu or to nearby islands. You’re well placed to reach beast and west coast beaches. Glyfada (sandy beach) and Barbati (pebble beach) are all about a 20-minute car ride away. And it’s only 15 minutes from Corfu Town. Explore the charming UNESCO-registered old town, with its Venetian architecture, narrow streets, and a wealth of shops and restaurants.

Villa Fos in Corfu where we stayed is luxurious, stunning views, beautifully furnished, modern decor, clean, comfortable and relaxing. What a lovely touch to receive a luxury food box on arrival, complements of the owners. Our house manager Dimitris continued the outstanding customer service, checking in on us periodically, providing helpful advice and guidance, booking taxis and restaurants. We were well looked after. Last, but by no means least a big thank you to our chefs Nicos and Maria - every day we were served the most delicious and creatively presented food. No easy feat our party had various food preferences and allergies and they took this all in their stride and without fuss. This has got to be the best holiday we have ever had, I thoroughly recommend Villa Collective for your next holiday. Outstanding - just outstanding - and it takes a lot to impress me!
